We collect personal information such as name, email address, location, and assessment submissions. For proctored tests, we process camera video inputs and browser focus/blur events strictly to guarantee session security. We do not store continuous video recordings unless explicitly authorized by the employer.
Candidate information is processed to score evaluations, generate proctoring logs, and provide scorecard insights to recruiting partners. Recruiters use aggregated module averages for comparative talent assessment.
We use secure databases to hold user metadata. In addition, we utilize localStorage and sessionStorage to store user authentication tokens, active layouts, theme choices, and active MCQ exam state (enabling progress restoration on browser refreshes).
Candidates taking assessments from EU territories (such as Montreal or other European hubs) have the right to request access to their profile, demand deletion of their scorecard details, and revoke consent. We process data strictly based on instructions provided by the recruiter (the data controller).
