By registering for an account or using the Semantify V2 platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a recruiter, employer, or company, you represent that you possess authorization to bind that entity.
Recruiters and candidates must provide accurate details. You remain responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for all activities that occur under your user cockpit session.
For candidates participating in skills evaluations (MCQ, essay writing, sound recording, or alphanumerical transcription), you consent to the activation of your camera feed and browser focus tracking to verify session integrity. Any attempt to use unauthorised assistance, copy test materials, or bypass proctor modules constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in immediate candidate profile invalidation.
All assessment questions, typing passages, software structures, visual interfaces, and AI evaluation metrics hosted on Semantify V2 are the exclusive intellectual property of Semantify. Users may not copy, reverse-engineer, or commercially distribute platform contents.
Semantify provides the Service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express warranties. Under no circumstances will Semantify be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from network interruptions, system downtime, or grading decisions.
